We use too many when the noun is countable. For example: I have too many clothes in mine wardrobe./ They make too many noise.
And finaly we use (not)enough whit both noun (countable and uncoutable). For example:

How to use too+adjetive
We use too+adjetive when we whant to teel an adjetive superlative. For example:This girl is too long./ This skirt is too shoort for you.
How to use a few/a little/a lot of
We use a few to teel a little unit or to express there is/are ``not mutch ...´´and when the noun is countable. For example: There are a few apples in the fridge./ She has a few luck.
We use a little to teel a little unit or to express there is/are ``not mutch...´´and when the noun is incountable. for example: There is a little milk./ This girl and boy have a little love.
INPORTANT!!!!!´`A little and little´´`they haven´t an equal meaning.A little is an expresion to teel``not much´´ and little is an adjetive.
